Cancelled product right after I looked at Terms & Agreements

I  CANCELLED this product back Dec. 28/12.  You charged this product on my VISA card & I asked immediately to CANCEL THIS PRODUCT!  Please reimburse my money back on to my VISA  card immediately!  My biggest compliant about Dri*Microsoft O Luxembourg is why can't I CANCEL this product. I've tried many times CANCELLING THIS PRODUCT but my compliant is IGNORED or FORGOTTEN.
Please do this immediately, like right now!!   Thank- you in advance!
