Shipping charge, the company's owner/president doesn't care about customers, shipping chage scam

I ordered some auto parts from this company for the first time using UPS. When I checked the shipping charge with UPS it was only $145 but they charged me $189. They said it's because they added handling charge but this is a scam. They had to let me know about the handling charge before shipping. Be careful working with this company.
