new product not working

I have a complaint against your agent in Saudi Arabia. I purchased a new dish washer Model No. D152W which delivered to me and got a problem on the first day. I called for checking and they took it for maintenance since two weeks and till date i could not get an information about the status. It is unfair that i pay a non-performing item.
i seek your attention to find out why this machine is not working from the first day and why no feedback from your agent for the long time repair.
