Faulty product

Hello sir I bought this product but the product turned out to be faulty further that the warranty given on the details on the site is of 1 year but the warranty card that we got along with the product had expired now what should I do even the returning date has passed so is the warranty date please return the product any how I have been your customer for more than 1 year please guide me.
