My name is Ayaz . Last year i Bought an AC from east delhi AAkash (laxmi ngr).My Ref. No. is 8405602092.
It was working fine for 5 month . After winter in march when i open my Ac it was not blowing cold air . I Have forward complain.
There was gas problem , they have filled , Again after 2 month later gas leak , I foward complain again but ur person come chk and said i  ll forward this problem , and done 3rd service.
Nobody has come and chk why gas has again leak . 2 Days back i have forward again complain for laekage of gas ur exec. has come on last saturday 19/07/08 , He said i forward ur complan , bcoz in AC threre is workshop work , so people come and we have to carry ur AC to workshop.
My compailn is Why should i pay again for leakage of gas while i told ur person that it is not working properly . But i dont know why u people not took this seriously . It was  in guranteed period . I have already talk with ur east Delhi Supervisor Mr Ansari.He said V cant do anything , U have to pay for the same.
This Kind of behaviour is not good , I was very much very much happy with SAMSUNG . I have Washing machine of Samsung , I have Refrigerator of Samsung . I have Ac of Samsung.
But due to this kind of services and miscommitment , I ll never recomment Samsung .
Plz have a look on my complain . And waived of my charges .
