Excerpts from my email to airtel below (there are loads of them, i could not attach them all).
Airtel cannot detect payment made from Airtel app (wallet), there were two transactions from airtel app, one was sucessful and the other was not. I have been following up and submitting all the proofs including bank statement but they are not able to find a solution and are closing my tickets every now and then.

Dear Appellate,

Please can you look into this as this has remained unsolved for more than 30 days now even after escalating to level 2.
Also my bank statements (provided as a proof) clearly indicate the payment on 1098 was debited on 20MARCH2017 but it didnt reflect in dongle account (8800855039).

I had followed up several times but airtel is closing the tickets without proper resolution, i have not been able to use the services since 24 March 2017 till date and i am being billed for something that i am not using.

I need to escalate it further to the ombudsperson, DPSS (RBI) and the consumer forum.

Why is this being closed over and over again.

I had submitted my bank statement even?

no follow ups have been done but the ticket is closed.
