Some have been reported to hide the cancellation terms somewhere on their websites, sometimes in small print at the bottom of long web pages, while others have been reported to place barriers in the way of consumers attempting to cancel after a "trial", including not disclosing mailing addresses, or having phones that either are not answered or that only go to voice mail, with later claims they never got the cancellation.
If they did not meaningfully disclose their terms, then you did not agree to terms you never saw, and were never intended to see. If their terms provided for cancellation of continued shipments and charges, but their business practices interfere with your ability to actually do so, then their continued charges after you attempted to cancel are both unauthorized and fraudulent.
Call your bank immediately to notify them that the charge is fraudulent and to close that account number to prevent future fraudulent charges.
Follow up with a written dispute of the fraudulent charge sent to your bank. You must make sure they receive this written dispute within 60 days of the statement showing the fraudulent charge, so send it immediately, and send it certified, to the dispute address on the back of your bank statement.
Do NOT use debit or check cards. Cancel any you have. Use only credit cards at on-line or retail merchants, since it is less disruptive to cancel them after a security breach. Use checks only with rent, mortage, or utilities, etc. (companies that you know). Use ATM cards with PIN only at your bank's ATM machines.

One report below claims "Colon Cure" is in Utah. If so, possibly some fulfillment house.

I responded to an internet ad for a sample of Colon Cure for $3.95. Got the sample two weeks later. As I was balancing my checkbook, noticed an $87.31 charge from swm-nubody. Called the number on the bottle, was put on hold for thirty minutes, than a male came on the phone and told me that the company cannot give me a refund because I didn't call back to cancell within 14 days. Called my bank to dispute the charges and cancel my debit card. Feel so stupid to be scammed like this. Last thing, on my bottle of Colon Cure, there's no company name/address, just the telephone number."

Apparently my Cell phone number is being dialed by people who are getting scammed, I'd like to know how people can confuse a 2 with an 8. If anyone speaks to me...and checks this site out, I do apologize. Also for any that have called me, was my number listed or did you honestly confuse the numbers?
The only thing I could find out was that its based in Midvale, Utah. I can't get an address though. Its definitely a landline."
Although Nevada BBB has listings for both companies at the same address and phone number, both with no indication of a business license (apparently checked on different dates), they are not linking the two names, and the dispute reports are still separate.
On top of the many on-line reports of people having unauthorized charges, or problems cancelling, you better ask yourself what you are doing ingesting some product from a company without even a business license. Are they under either state health department or FDA regulation? Are they ever even inspected for basic cleanliness, for how they store their inventory, or procedures to ensure product is safe, or not outdated? And are they actually shipping a product intended to be ingested where the only contact information on the bottle is a phone number?
the way they get you is by the consumer not reading the TERMS it does state that if you do not return the product within 14 days they will chg your acct and send you a monthly supply of the product....
I guess it pays to read the small print....
hope and pray they keep their word and refund my money
thanks kathy
Friday my account @ the bank was charged by "Pardym/Green Tea" $89.31. I had no idea who had charged my account for $89.31. I called the phone number "801-208-7485" today (Monday). I was told I received the trial offer of colon cleanser, did not cancel and therefore will be charged a monthly order for colon clenaser @ $89.31.
I also told them I was going to send the cleanser back when received, but the supervisor said it would not matter....I agreed to the $89.31 charge. He said he would cancel further orders, but I am afraid now, after reading the complaints, that I need to cancel my account. If anyone knows who to report this to who can stop this SCAM, please let me know.
GOOD LUCK TO EVERYONE WHO WAS TAKEN.
Regards.
Do not send me a bottle of anything, I never wanted the product, I was only
checking out the web sight.
801-208-7485. I only agreed to pay a shipping charge of $3.95 for a free sample colon cleanse. I was also charged $89.31. The unexpected charge overdrew my bank account and I got charged a $25.00 fee from my bank.
