213-976-5100 - Receiving CONSTANT calls from this number. Roughly 5 to 8 per day. I have NO clue who they are. If I answer, they hang up. If I don't answer, they don't leave a message. The calls are coming in at all hours of the day and night, some even as late as 2 AM CST. I'll have no choice but to file a formal complaint with the FCC if the calls persist.

    Might be some telemarketer renewing free subscriptions for some trade magazine.  

    They appear to have screwed up programming their autodialer, but there is at least one report that asking to be taken off their call list worked, once a live person could be reached.

    Picked up the call and it was "Ruby" trying to get me to renew a free subscription.  But they really want information on the company you work for.  I declined.

    Keep trying to sell me and my boss magazine subscriptions. We don't want anything on a trial basis. Believe me, nothing is on a trial basis. You'll always get a bill even when you send it back... There always seems to be a glitch.

    I was finally at my desk when they called again. They've called every day for the past 2 weeks, and they don't leave a message.

    It took awhile to get the information from the person on the phone.
    They are based in the Phillipines, and the name of the company is:
    Spark Marketing and Research.
