Doesn't fulfill order, tries to keep money

The owner (Kevin D. Allen) owns this site and right now he has several
complaints against him for not shipping his items. I am one of those people. I ordered an Aviator Bird Harness May 26, 2010, it's now June 7th and my order still shows "Processing" and I cannot change or cancel it. There is no contact information on his website, he has bogus phone numbers listed through PayPal, he doesn't answer emails, I've filed a complaint with PayPal and they are the ones that told me he has several complaints in the last few weeks. He has until June 12, 2010 to answer to PayPal but he won't...he'll wait until that expires, PayPal will give me my money back, and they'll go after him. There's a woman who's sister ordered a bunch of stuff a few weeks ago and she posted on his Facebook page about him scamming her. He had a "Reviews" tab on his FB page also. I went to that and there were about 6 or 8 complaints for the same thing. I followed suit, and within minutes all of our posts were deleted...and then he
deleted his "Reviews" section all together. Then I found out that he also owns the Birdboard.com site. He's blamed me for trashing him but it wasn't me (although I would have had I known it was his site). Turns out, the woman who posted about him scamming her sister wrote on that site as well as a few others. All of a sudden, their all GONE! He's trying to cover it all up. I know this because he joined a Forum that I belong to and has been accusing me of being "Abusive" to him and that he was going to file papers against me. I informed him that nothing is abusive or slandering unless it's a lie. Then what does he do...sends me a message on Facebook saying he would like my phone number to "Expedite" this process and make it right! Hahahaha, he's had weeks to do so, he's not responded to the PayPal case, he's got my money (and others as well), and I don't have my product! I copied and pasted his message to me on the Forum...haven't heard from him!!! Funny, he denies it all, then sends me a message to EXPEDITE it...WTF?
