To return my currency

Hello.....I hv deactivated super store service ...but the currency was deducted from our balance....so I need my currency back....r else I would change network...n I ll inform all to don't go fr Airtel network.....how can u deduct without informing us????? U ll send msg after deducting....how can u do this???
