I tried the one month supply of the GRC Vitamins because I also tried Pro Active, by the way the vitamins dont work at all! It says to cancell your order online before the 30days are up and you wont be billed anymore, and Im a busy single mom and forgot about it until I seen my credit statement I tried calling them to cancell the order a lady told me that it was taken care of and to return the vitamins when I recieve them. Its been a month and Im still waiting and I just got billed again for another set of vitamins for $32.94 and this time it says this is 2/3 payments there charging me!? No one ever told me about the 3 payments and every time I call they give me the run around, I had to cancel my card just so that they dont keep billing me for vitamins that I never recieved and dont even work! This is total scam and I am making a report to the BBB Better Business Bureu so hopefully no more people will get ripped off.

Be sure to file bank disputes within the 60 day dispute period, measured from the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges, to dispute under FRB Reg. E (for checking account debit cards or other EFT), or under FCBA (for credit cards). This is key, as the most effective way to recover your money is through bank disputes, and if you let them run out the dispute period, it is likely that your money is lost, as it is economically ineffective to sue over these small amounts.
File complaints with FTC and your state Attorney General, with the U.S. Postal Inspector, and at www.ic3.gov
I will report to my bank but how can I reach the site that is doing this!!!
If anyone can help me with this I would appreciate it very much
