Sent money to the wrong place because the disguised it as Cash app

I sent $150 to the wrong business/person and now I'm having a hard time finding out who the money went to and i didn't even get a receipt online so that I trace it. I'm considering contacting Fox 31 news station to get attention to the scam!!!!
