Sir,
Iam VIbin,airtel prepaid customer,9994638074.Iam using HTC Inspire 4g compatable device.I recharged for net under 2g plan.igot 4gb(6.00am to 12.00am) + 1gb(12.00am to 6.00am )  for two month.the problemis iam gettng veryslow net speed,not even10kbps.this is the problem everytime iam facing.i am calling customercare manytimes,but not resolved.iam not able to downlad data or videos.whenever i go for a new net recharge  for next month..iamgetting this problem..plzz solve this problem at the earliest time.
