$1000 gift card from target

received text that I won $1000 gift card from Target, this is a scam which seems to happen alot and Target needs to put a stop to it. This is wrong to do to people any time but Christmas time is diffently wrong. I do not want this again. This is the 3rd or 4th time I have received this. Please stop this from happening.
