INTEX does not inform their customers that a delivery is on back order? I’ve had a strainer break and ordered one in an emergency paying for 2 day delivery. After waiting for 4 days I find out through my own investigation that my order is on back order over a silly extra $3 part that I didn’t even need mean while my pool is half full and turning green because I cannot filter it. If I would have known the $3 part was not available I would have said forget about it and hurry up and ship the strainer that I need. It’s not right that by ordering extra parts and spending an extra $40 I have to wait 10 days to get the critical strainer I really need, when I paid for 2nd day delivery and was told that I would receive my order by Wednesday. Customer service does the old “our supervisor will call you sir” bit, and never calls. It a shame, I find the pool a great product and think a lot of complaints on here are because people don’t read the instructions.
