I received a bill today in the amount of 99.84 for an order of Proactive that was supposedly shipped in November of 2011. I called the collection agency who told me to contact Proactive. When I called I spoke to someone named Carla who told me that it was outside of the 30 day refund period and I needed to speak to a supervisor. I spoke to a very ignorant person named John who informed me that he holds the highest position in the company and that there is no one else to transfer me to. He said that I needed to pay the bill even though it was fraudulent. I placed ONE order for proactive in January or February of 2010, and none since then. I did not order or receive a shipment since then and the charges are fraudulent. Apparently the head of the company is a pre-teen idiot who has no customer service skills what so ever. I will be trying to contact corporate about this, but I warn you to no do business with this company. I am going to look for every complaint board that I can find and post this on everyone until I receive a resolution to this problem.
