I sent a message I am visiting my daughter my grandson got my phone and there was $100 or a $99 charge against this game 4thousand dollars for the game. I have not got an answer back I would like for this to be refunded it was totally an error that a three-year-old dead I am on a very fixed income and I cannot afford to spend $100 at a time on a game. I played your game for years and do spend money but I cannot afford $100 at once please help me by refunding this money and taking your 4000 points back

    👎👎 Fishdom...Customer service accused me of cheating when I requested if items that "dissappeared" from my tank could be replaced... 1st they deleted original request,submitted items lost 2x as requested, then numerous double talk prefab replies , then ignored me, then accused of cheating! Cheating never happened and I am extremely insulted and angry!  I guess their policy it to insult  I and falsely accuse players instead of  a doing the RIGHT thing by replacing items lost!  Easy fix for them to do!!  Requested to speak to higher up.. zero rating customer service!  Poor, poor customer relations Playrix!  I want an apology!  update: same service rep Lyuba M., keeps saying I cheated will not do the right thing and restore items!  Now states I have cheating software installed!  NOT TRUE!!!!  After some investigating on line, this seems to be the pattern of this company!! This company's lack of endearance to it's customers is unbelievable!  Do not expect them to do the right thing by you...Taking your money use ALL they care about!! Don't waste your $$...  I would like to hear from developers!!!

    They just did the same thing to me. I agree with what you said about all of it. When their tech employee's  can get revenge on players who complain you know this company has problems.
