AHS is stating that contract # 416115452 is complete. It is not complete! A-US Air Cond of Texas LTD (Corsicana) also state the work is not complete and waiting on approval from AHS to install a compressor. This issue was reported to AHS June 18, 2017. A tech diagnosed the problem June 20, 2017 at 12 pm. 12:51 pm AHS emailed me that the 416115452 was complete. Wrong answer? The job is not complete!! A-US Air Cond is still waiting on AHS to approve the request to complete the Job. I am in process of reporting this issue to the Better Business Bureau. I am totally dissatisfied with this issue. I have tried unsuccessfully to contact AHS by phone numerous times. I have never dealt with a company that I could not communicate with by phone.
