Ordered a TV Show Box Set from them on 11/30/08.  No delivery.
Sent an email on 12/15.  No reponse.
Filed a complaint with PayPal on 12/22/08.
Found in my favor on 1/2/09.  No funds to recover.
I used to love going to Canada to spend my dollars.
Never again.  You have a bunch of crooks up there.

    I also ordered a box set from them on December 2, 2008.  Filed a complaint on December 18, 2008 with PayPal.  Also found in my favor and no funds to recover.

    Yes there are a bunch of crooks in Canada.  

    A number of alleged companies selling TV show DVDs are out and out fraudulent, either just taking your money as you found, or sending DVDs recorded off the air in violation of copyright.

    Contact RCMP's consumer fraud division.

    well guys i got suckered the same way.  i guess my lesson is if i see an item for sale, and its almost half price off the going price,its probably  a rip off!  i learned my lesson but i always thought we were safe dealing with pay pal.  i guess not!
