Dispute all unauthorized charges immediately through your bank, and close the account to prevent additional fraudulent charges.

Then contact the Illinois Attorney General.  There are reports that they are being investigated, due to high levels of similar complaints.

    https://complaintwire.org/Complaint.aspx/fx8hTizvzwCJTAjMRY6A5w

You can dispute EFT charges under FRB Reg. E up to 60 days after the statement date of the statement showing the disputed charges.

Your bank is WRONG to claim you cannot dispute past 6 weeks from the charge.

On the date you notified the bank that the charge was fraudulent, they had "constructive notice" under FRB Reg. E, regardless of whether they chose to properly assist you in protecting your account from that fraudulent charge or other related ones.  If that first notification by you was made timely, then notice was given regardless of their incompetence in acting.

Send written notice of all the fraudulent charges you have received, including the original date of your first notification.  Ask them to reverse all the disputed charges due to fraud, and to immediately close and block the account due to large-scale fraud currently being perpetrated by this company.  If you have problems, contact the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, at www.occ.gov

You should at least be able to get the recent fraudulent charge back, and the first reported charge if it was reported within the 60 day dispute window.

In addition, file fraud and theft complaints with your state Attorney General, FTC, and the Illinois Attorney General.

You should also start looking for a more competent bank.
