Claim complain.

I approached to Q-mobile Multan center to claim warranty of mobile-bolt T5 . They said to me that after 15 days  they will give me the mobile and I have to have to pay Rs 500 . Non-seriousness of staff shows that your products are dump and thanks to your company to gave me a lesson that after this I will never buy your company mobile.  I want their head to ask them what type of services they provide to people. This is the problem that you can solve I want you to pay attention to my complain and kindly don't do such kind of damage to yourself.
