Haven't received order

I ordered the Diamond z4 ring over a month ago ,last week a pkg finally came in , all I received was an empty ring box! So I called the number on the invoice and they didn't even act surprised, said would send me another ring, then tried to sell me all kinds of other things, even told me I won a free trip! Yeah right!! Well it's been a week , we will see if I ever get that ring!
