Our Simmons Beatyrest Elite is sagging in the middle and we clearly have spring impressions on our hips and shoulders. Out local Dealer Mountain Home and Mattress refuses to do anything about it and we even called the Simmons Mattress Company to try to get some information than would help.
This company is out to take your money and their warranty is nothing but a sham on the public. My mistake was not viewing your website and other similar website to view the truth about The Simmons company. The ten year warranty is rarely honored. The shame is that The Simmons Company is American owned and the quality of this product does not represent the work the Americans have always produced.
Clearly Ikea uses this advantage with well made products and clear warranties to promote their business.
If I Could offer on piece of advise it would be to question the local company business models and warranties before you pur hase a $1277.00 bed.
