I have never order any of these books that have been delivered to. STOP SENDING THEM TO ME!! NOT INTERESTED. THIS IS HORRIBLE.

It's a cramming scam..
Under US postal regulations, it is illegal to send bills for unordered merchandise through the US Mail. It's also illegal to use the mail or a common carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc) in a fraudulent scheme. It's a form of mail fraud.
You have no legal obligation to pay for, or return, unordered merchandise. File fraud complaints with FTC, your state AG, and the US Postal Inspector.
