I get calls daily from 316-633-4329, The last message from a woman named Julia. She said that if I did not return the call she would have to turn my file over. They didn't even have my married name. I know this is a fraud. They told me I have tried to fraud a financial institution.

    It's a shakedown scam...
    By using the word "mediation" in their names, and claiming "you defrauded a financial institution" they attempt to create panic, and the perception that they are somehow a "law office" with an "attorney" who might file a "lawsuit", without actually saying so.  

    You're supposed to panic and just throw money at them, whatever they demand, without questioning their bogus claim.  It's a phone shakedown.

    That also says they aren't "attorneys", and they can't "sue", and that they are afraid of outright saying they are attorneys, probably because it would attract prosecution by state Attorneys General.

    Complaints just started showing up.  They already have their act down, so they've been doing it for a while.  That suggests they're changing their numbers to stay ahead of their complaint trail.
