Contact your bank..
Immediately contact your bank to dispute the charges as fraudulent, and have your bank block your card number or shut down your account to prevent further charges. Your bank can reverse charges back 2 to 3 months if you dispute promptly, under FRB Reg. E or FCBA.

My Paypal account is the problem. They had me change my username and password and they issued me a new card and it is still being charged it's been from the 10th to the 14th. What do I do now? Of course I will call them back but it doesn't seem like they know what's going on?
