I recently fell for this today. and they cleared out the junk out of my laptop  and got rid of all the viruses. I watched them do it. I'm not sure if this is a scam or not. if it is how do I get out of this situation? please help

    What was the problem exactly? Did you get in contact with Apple or did you see a message from Apple asking you to call them for servicing and if so what was the message exactly (Verbatim)
