Calling my cell phone every day!
Complaint
Amy
Country: United States
Card Member Services is calling my cell phone every day! It is a recording about my credit card - and I do not have a credit card! I have filed numerous complaints and they keep calling back using a different phone number. Today they called from 385-468-4668 - but when you call back it acts if a discontinued phone line. I called Chase Card Member Services and they said it is not them.
Does anyone know how to stop this? We should have some protection against these callers. I am on the Do No Call list and I do file a complaint each time I receive a call - and this does not seem to work either.

File Do Not Call complaints with FTC.
Might have something to do with Concord Financial Advisors(Arizona) LLC's shell company- CAM Services in NV.
They just mysteriously made one of their websites disappear for AFB LLC in AZ. That was probably the shell that had a vacant dirt lot as their business address!!!!!
But the "Ambrosia Web Design" website is still operating? ?
Looks like they also have to get a signed acknowledgement back, so the clients can't claim they "didn't know".
Still only costs them $10k, with $2M suspended.
We will see who stops, as March 22 approaches. That's 2 weeks.
Just watch the amount of "cardholder service" complaints for the next two weeks.
They've been averaging about 5 in a row at the peak robo-call time of day!
