    Cheapoair did not take Erika's money, She booked a reservation for 3 people total for the tickets $801.00 customer canceled the reservations and had acredit to use with Spirit airlines at another time. Since the cancellation, Erika has called us 2 times to re-schedule the trip. The problem is she doesn't want to pay  the airline penalty that all airlines charge on non refundable tickets, and the fare difference to rebook for a later date, she keeps handing up on us, so we are unable to complete any transaction. So the money is her's anytime she want's to use it, but she doesn't agree to pay the current ticket price for her new travel dates. We;ve tried twice to assist, but she hangs up on the agents.
