I received two calls today at work from some very rude Indian men who claim they worked for somelaw firm. The stated they have a lawsuit against me but would not say from whom. He said he would continue to call my emplyer until I pay them.  He used the American name of Chris. I do not owe any loans so he kept asking me to verify my ss# and I said no I will not. He hung up and called back again. These peopl are relentless.

    They are just a bunch of criminals calling from India.

    Tell them you have reported them to the FBI, and are recording the call as evidence.

    They are looking for suckers.  If you aren't a sucker, they will move on.

      Tell him you will make him famous, post his call on YouTube, and send a copy to his mother.
      Ask him for his mother's address.

    Got a call from 2132615794 , they called my job and home phone.  They are completely bogus becuase I owe no one.  Report this to FTC and local police department.  They will get caugt becuase they have messed with the wrong one.

    These people are nuts!!!  They called me three times, once at work. I told them that I have contacted my local authorities and the authorities in Los Angeles. I was tol to shut up and Fu** you three times

    These people called in one day 12 times back to back speaking with  fake Indian accent from 2:17 - 2:47p.m. There is so much noise in the background it could never be from a Dept of Legal Affair in L.A. or anywhere.  Danny Archer, Mike Williams and someone else called.  So I call them back and ask them who are they connected to so I could report them to FCC and FBI for harassment and this Dan started arguing .I told him I look them up on the web and there is no such company.  Their # is 213-533-2183.  I going to report them to the police My phone show all the call and times.

    I am getting calls at work and cell from Mark Williams taking about a legal case. Are these people for real? How do they even get your work #?

    I got a call yesterday from a New York number.  Same scenario. Dept of Legal Affairs, etc.  I know its a scam but it disturbs me that they knew my full name.  What else do they know about me?   They have my home number so its easy to get my home address from that.  I've never worried too much about identity theft, I'm cautious but not paranoid, and now I feel like I need to tripe check everything.  I feel really violated.

    I got a call on our answering machine for our daughter who lives in Europe for over 6 years now. The number is 347-539-4266 and the person had a heavy accent claiming to be from Dept. of Legal affairs concerning a lawsuit against her. I know this is a scam and they have called again. This is crazy that they can get your number and do this false thing.

    I received a voice mail from a voice recorder not live person that if I did not call 916-974-9783 right away or my Lawyer that there would be Law Enforcement at my door step to detain me for 72 hours.
    it took 20 some times to call the number and kept getting a voive mail stating the VM box was full & could not accept any messages, then I finally got someone to answer with a heavy indian/foreign accent who said my name and then hung up twice..........You have got to be kidding these people get away with this stuff....where is the real law for Americans being scamed this way????

    I keep getting the same calls. This time the name was Shawne Williams. The number he gave was 718-873-9062. Turn them over to Donald Trump! He'll build a wall to keep them out!! :-)
