Company takes payment and never ships out items

As many of you know Lightgreydesign has multiple complaints. Seems like they have a new company called rugspantone.com. Same address as light grey design and I looked up the ip and it is also owned by light grey design. They ripped me off and never sent my purchase. The company never answers the phone or responds to emails and when they finally do respond to an email it contains promises of a shipment which never does come.
