appliances dont work properly

The Washer does not drain after cycles have ended. Clothes and machine have a strong mildew odor. Had to replace the rubber tire because of a hole that was causing the water to flood my garage. The dryer latch always opens when in use.Clothes take too long to dry I have to use at 90 minutes to get a load fully dry.Now I have to replace the drum because  the felt around the drum has fallen off($250.00).We have had nothing but problems with the both of these appliances.Please let me know how I can get involved in the claims against Whirlpool.
