Hi all,
Watch out with all your dealings with the Digital River Company. They are probably doing business with a fruadulent vendor, NEVER CARING ABOUT THAT:
I made a purchase from 'Likno' Company of Greece. I tried warning the DIGITAL RIVER Head Office in the United States and Ireland. They did not care much: I was charged 177.5 usd which entitled me for Full Technical Support by the Vendor, LIKNO COMPANY OF GREECE.
DIGITAL RIVER replied with full indifference telling me to contact the vendor. I wrote them a 4 Page Fax Letter explaining them that the vendor can Not be contacted, neither by mail, nor by online form, nor by fax.
All the above options I have tried time and time again and never got back a reply.
But they, DIGITAL RIVER, replied indifferently, with 2 lines of email to my 4 page fax,
telling me to go back to the vendor.
The vendor, Likno Company, (Greece based) was once a very famous company and did good business. Unfortunately in the last few months, so I gather, they probably went bankrupt, but kept charging -and STILL DO AS I AM WRITING THIS- innocent victims like myself as if everything was going ok and business is as usual. Contact the vendor they say, Digital River, knowing that there is no vendor for me to speak to any more but they can keep charging and charging and charging not caring if you are ript apart by the vendor whether he exists or not.

DIGITAL RIVER WILL NOT REPLY TO YOU ON THE PHONE. YOU WILL HEAR A recorded MESSAGE THAT THE DIGITAL RIVER CLERK IS NOT IN - THEY WANT YOU TO WRITE THEM, THEY WILL NEVER ANSWER YOU ON THE PHONE, NOT IN IRELAND AT LEAST.
I paid a lot of money for overseas calls to Ireland to Digital River. This company owns MyCommerce Company and SWREG company. So the charges on your invoice may appear either as: MYCOMMERCE, SWREG OR DIGITAL RIVER. WATCH OUT BEFORE YOU ARE PICKPOCKETED LIKE I WAS BY THE VENDOR (LIKNO COMPANY, GREECE )
WHO PROCESSED HIS CHARGES VIA DIGITAL RIVER COMPANY.
