Felt Ceated.
I do not know how Tata Sky is with it’s service at other locations, however at my end, there’s one strange problem that’s hit me and the uneducated Tata Sky personnel is doing little do help it.
My subscriber ID: 1004255863.
And to think of it, I buy a big pack, and then I get service less than 30% of what I spend for.
It’s been more than a fortnight, from 09:00 am to 05:30 pm, I hardly get a reception of Tata Sky, Or else it works absolutely fine, however only during these hours, I get to see it less than 10 minutes.
I made calls to helpline, and everytime they put me through a long process of trial and error checks and then they say, we will refresh the system from our end, and you’ll find it working when you switch it on again.
Finally they did take the complain number: 1-932772515, however the problem still persists. And now, to make matters worse, all I get on the screen is the Set Up Checklist Page.
If there is some signal issue how come it hits me only at a specific time everyday and shuts the telecast for more than half a day?
Something really unreasonable and now I feel cheated. I ain’t know how it’s at other ends of this planet, but this is how it is at my end.
Please ensure you do a proper comparison before you take up a Tata Sky connection.

Ever since 10th July I have been trying to recharge my account for this month (Rs. 500/-)
Not sure if the BADA SAABs on top of the management did something to my account, only my account will not get charged.
Every request for payment since 10th July was rejected.
The local dealer near my house also was surprised that only my subscriber ID was not getting updated.
I hope this is not a childish act of taking revenge for complaining against TATA Sky to TRAI.
Whatever it may be I decided to go with another service provider and am throwing away TWO Receiver box which I had bought for Rs. 2000/- and Rs. 1500/- each.
I wish and pray that TATA SKy looses atleast ten thousand times the money I lost by choosing TATA Sky for my family.
God is always great!

I have taken Annual pack & addon pack in July'11. But Iam not getting all the desired channel for last one month. If this is the intentional practice it speaks bad about service provider. If not then intimate us the reason with proper remedy.

WORST FELLOWS CAN DO ANY THING.
THESE COMAPNIES WORK FROM BACK OFFICE AND HAVE NO FRONT OFFICE TO GO OVER AND MAKE COMPLAINT OR EVEN TO SEND REGISTERED LETTER TO HAVE RECORD FOR US.
It is sad to say that TATA IS NOW GOING TO BE TATA TATA TATA from its field.
You don't have any address for mailing only the contact through helpline.
Are you covered to face customers?
It is reputed for customer satisfaction.
I preferred TATASKY over competitors relying only on brand.
Should it not leave upto the standards for which brand is known !
Associate of Tata Sky for my region runs affair in arbitrary fashion.
Asked several times to come at mutually agreed scheduled hours for installation of HD Set up Box, service provider turns up any odd moment when I am not available.
When contacted on helpline number, I am told service provider reports that I have refused for installation of HD Box which is not true.
Is Punjab region the worst service provider (and best earner).
Remember that this is not a monopoly business and esteem is a higher need than entertainment.
