charged bank debit card $29.95 without authorization

I received phone call offering 10 day supply of Hoodia diet pills for the trial charge of only shipping charges of $5.95. I was told could return or cancel after 10 day trial period.  I was surprised to see on my banking statement the $29.95 was charged using my Visa debit card before the 10 days.  I immediately called to cancel and thought it was going to be credited to my account especially since I never received the diet pills. I was charged $29.95 on 4/16/08 and again on 04/30/08. I haven't received 2nd shipment of Hoodia pills! The company is used the same processing#.  The phone number on bank statement has been changed and a new phone number is stated but they are never available to answer your call.  They also direct you to www.adiprinerx.com and it's this complaint wire which only asks to submit a complaint.  
    To get results I will have to close my banking account and get a family member (lawyer) to file action on Real Solutions Labs 5920 K Ave. Plano, TX  75074.
   I want a full refund to my banking debit account.
