LETTER FOR PAYMENT

I WANT TO REGISTER A COMPLAINT AGAINST CHICAGO CENTRAL ep.LLP LOCATED 75 rEMITTANCE DRIVE SUITE 1151 AND OR 3274.  I recieved a letter for a bill of$32.69.  I owe this company nothing.  A formal complaint was filed approximately 5 year ago.  In the complaint filed. A complaint was filed against the police department in Country Club Hills.  I was being harass stalked and biasly mistreated as a result I was not able to live in this community.  Numberous complais were filed whether it was food not served at right temperature to complaints filed against dollar tree store where I was old underwear which caused an injury to my skin after reporting this or isolated incident.  I was refused medical treatment and was forced upoon community intimidation any time I left left my home.  A complaint was filed to the Illinois Attorney General against this company at the time the presumed a different address as this company is still making contact to me, as it is unwelcomed.   During my vist to Mercy Hospital e meregency room.  I was sholved by a black male I did not know.  I have been hopitalized twice as my stay at Univeristy of Chicago, I encountered the same behavior by Docotor or interns while on the hsoital unit.  I reported what I recall on the survey however, I been waiting for other forms to report the nurse which told the CNA not to make my bed after I had deficated and urined in bed after major surgery.  After my doctor visit follow up.  I saw the balck male which was outside shouting ' Black women are a trip.  I paid her $9.8 Million dollars.  I could Identify this person.  I am awaiting my money of this sum.  While waiting I am being harassed by the company named and Harrisi & Harris after reporitng this company Thety confirmed I owed them nothing and just have been calling out of malious.  What I seek is my money and this company to stop asking me for anything and that includes money.  In the first complaint filed I indicated I would press charges for the billing persons arrest.  I wont forgive this party nor will i warm up to them.  My life was taken from me.  I want my carrer back and I want this person or group to face jail time.  For all of the harm caused toward me.  I had to retain an Attorney Leonard Thomas located in Tinley Park Illinois.  The Bank to this date has still not responded to release my funds.  I have reported this matter tot he media.
