dishwasher

We have a dishwasher that was purchased in 2008.  I have always used Cascade dishwashing detergent in every dishwasher I've owned and started with the new one too.  Over the past year there has been a buildup on my dishes that will not come off.  It started on my stemware glasses and is now over my fiesta dishes.  I have tried everything to try and get the coating off.  It will not budge.  Not with vinegar or any other combinations I have found online.  I had a service call from the store where we purchased the dishwasher and was told it was the result of the phosphate free CASCADE I had been using.  Now, all my everyday dishes and glassware are ruined and will have to be replaced.  Needless to say, I am not very happy with your product after years of trusting the name.  Plus, the service call and replacing the dishes and glasses I am easily out several hundred dollars.  Is there a plan to rememdy this problem?
