I got a call yesterday saying I had bought garbage bags back in December 2016 and owed them 319.00. thank you for the posts. I am not paying them. I am going to report them.

Fake "charity" shakedown..
They pretend to be both a "charity" telemarketer selling overpriced cheap stuff like light bulbs and garbage bags, and a phony "debt collector" that claims you "owe" them, often reported to shake down people who never even fell for their sales offer.
