Below is an email I received a few days ago it initially scared me because all I saw was legally prosecuted. I replied asking for proof that this was indeed my account and that I would be held liable for it but I was told I wouldn't be able to get the paperwork until it was filed with the court house. (red flag for me) I have yet to get a response again. If these people pop up in your inbox DO NOT PAY THEM.! There wasn't even a number for contact.
