The machine is loud and the clothes do not get clean. They often are not even wet. When it spins, the whole room shakes.

Dear Donna, thank you for taking the time to write regarding your Washer. We are sorry to here of your displeasure. To ensure that the sensors in the washer are working properly, place the clothing in the basket after balling them up slightly. When loading the tub, make sure that the middle of the agitator can be seen around the clothing. Do not pack above the top row of holes as well, this can help the unbalance issues you have experienced. As for the noise, many noises that a washer makes are normal.
