loan modification,deed in lieu etc

my wife and I have been trying to get some type of help with our mortgage since 2010 there or about. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and my wife is disabled too. when we knew that we was going to need some type of modification on our loan we contacted Countrywide at the time and got no answer. Months later we finally got bank of America to assist us in this matter. Anyway to make a long story short everything from then up to this date was just a rouse to keep us hanging on. It shouldn't take 2-3 yrs foe a loan modification. They also had us move out in august of 2011. We found out later that shouldn't have happened. Now they have screwed up our credit took our home and we're left out in the cold. can't seem to get anyone who really cares to help us out in this situation. thanks n god bless.
