Did not receive payment plan

01/29/2020 purchased online payment plan from tracphone. Did not get the 2GB data that I purchased. Unsure if I got the unlimited talk/text, as it just says "unlimited". Every time I purchase time with them, it is some "issue" that is not in my favor. Every time is the runaround for hours and hours and hours straight repeating the same ole lines and transferring around. This time after hours and hours was finally told a ticket was created and to call back in 24 to 48 hours in regards to the same complaint. Worst payment plan or company ever.
