15 items or less express line

I shopped at Foor For Less today, sat., May 19th, and went to the 15 items or less lane, (I had 4 items).  In front of me was a woman whose basket was filled with groceries.  Now the store was quite busy and there was a long line of people behind me.  The cashier went ahead and let the woman thru with all of her groceries.  I mentioned that it was very rude of the lady to go thru this line as it is for 15 items or less and it was also rude of her, (the cashier). To let her thru.  She said I did mention that to the lady.  I said that it was still not right and there is a reason that there are "15 items or less" lines.  She did not even apologize or say "I'm sorry".  To her that was the end of that.  When I told the woman that it was very rude of her to do that, she replied, "[***] you".  If there are going to be "15 items or less" lines, then you should have 15 items or less and the cashier should of told her that she needed to get in another line.  I find both the lady and the cashier both rude and inconsiderate.  The cashier should be repromanted for letting this lady go thru this line.
