I have booked multiflights online with cheapoair to travel with Oman airlines 31st July 2016.  I put all names, gender, D.O.B etc of all travellers in correctly. Cheapoair sent me a confirmation email with all necessary details straightaway. Next day I get a following confirmation with names and gender all incorrect.  I got all stressed as I don't want any hiccups on departure as I have children travelling with me.  When I called cheapoair they said I have to pay a small charge to make alterations!!!! For a mistake they made! ..... I went on Oman air website to manage my booking and put my booking reference number In .... Itinerary details appear perfectly fine there!

So my point of saying is, don't believe the [***] cheapoair give you. If your concered about anything my advise would be to get in touch with the airline direct with your booking reference number

P.s I booked another multi ticker for another family member to travel with us direlctly with Oman air! ..... Cost me cheaper than [***] cheapoair!!! 😠

    Dear Sir, the information that is on our website would be exactly what Oman air would have, they get the information from us, so not sure why the information you added on our website would be different. We don't change information in a reservation, the bookings are automated so no actual agent even touches the reservation. So everything booked is the way it was entered.

    I booked a flight for me and my 11 years son from Tlv to Gru for august 4th...
    My conection supouse to be in london for 4hours....
    They told me i have to change airport...
    But they NEVER told me that from my arriving airport to my departure airport was a 62 miles away.....
    How can i get in one airport,take my luggage out and than travel for 62 miles to anothet airport,make another chek in and dont miss my flight?????
    How come an agent sell a ticket like that to someone traveling alone with her kid????
    It was my mistake not to chek the distance between the airports,but i think they could never sell to anyone a flight like that.....
    I didnt take the flight.....
    I lost U $2500 for some agent mistske overthere....
    I dont think its fair.....
    They should never sell tickets if they dont know how to do it.....i trusted them cause i never thought that they do such a bad sell like that....and no one giving me any response.....
    It was my first and last time that i tried to book a flight with them and im gonna tell all people i know what they did to me and my son.....
    For them it was nothing....for me,cost a lot.....
    Now i dont have money to afford another flight because of their mistake....
