Deduction without permission

I am being deducted Rs.1 everyday for AT-AIRINF Easy Search subscription which I have never opted for. This is been happening for the past many days but just noticed recently. How can they do something like this without our consent.

      I Had opted to port out from airtel to other network customer support had given a call and they told that they will activate me 30 paise any mobile local landline 50 paise without any daily rental or first 90 second 2 paise per second for the day within 72 hours and I cancelled porting but till now nothing has been done from two months the same problem my reference no RMPTO40329157456 Dt 29/03/2014 do the needfull at the earliest    phone 9739188624

      I made a online 2G recharge for rs 199 2G 2 gb Internet And the transaction no is 580469 but the pack is not yet activated even after 5 hours how can they do like this activate at the earliest or refund the amount back   9739188624

      Airtel customer care people's had called up and they have told they are activating 30 paise per minute call for a period of 90 days it has not been done please do the needfull at the earliest phone 9739188624

      Asked to activate Missed call alerts from last one month they are still activating but till now they have not activated I even want to PORT out from Airtel to other network they called up and they told problems will be solved about network problem and Missed call alerts but till date nothing has been done even called up customer care several times nobody is doing nothing and now if i call customer care call not yet all getting connected  please  activate Missed call alerts at the earliest no network properly atleast I can get messages which calls I missed do the need full at the earliest
