Four months ago I tried Sprint wireless Internet access at my business. Unfortunately, it didn't work as we desired. I took advantage of Sprint's "30-day return guarantee" and sent all the hardware back.

I was promised a "credit" when everything was received. Four months, mind you. Sprint continued billing me even after several emails, phone calls and written letters to various people. They also continued to apologize, saying my account would be credited soon.

I invested several hours of my time with Sprint trying to be pleasant and helpful. Finally, they turned me and my company over to collection. This for a little over $200. What happened to "30-day return guarantee?"

If I owe it, I'd gladly pay. Now its a matter of principal. My next step with this pretend company is a legal cease and desist. I've heard Sprint is not a reliable company. Do business with them cautiously.
