Fraudulent charges imposed on Credit card

Hi Sir, on 23rd of Dec 2017, I see 2 unauthorized transactions of INR 5900 each summing to 11,800 which is processed in my Citibank credit card which is in the same of Google*OCTRO Inc for which I didn't authorize anything. Please help to investigate and refund my money quickly asap. I have already lodged a complaint against this toy bank. Thanks, Shubham . Mob : +91-9975461887
