I continue getting phones calls from these people, and they ask for different names each time they call. The people they are asking to speak with are not at this phone number, which I tell them. But, I continue getting phone calls. I received three in one night. One was as late as 9:30PM. I continue telling them that there is no one at this number by the name they are asking to speak with. What can I do to stop these phone calls.

    You already told them to stop calling.  That didn't work.

    Get a consumer attorney, and sue them for violating FDCPA and TCPA.
    You might try www.naca.net to find an attorney in your state.

    I have never had a debt of $250 for anything they just keep calling . I belive this is a fraudulent company just out to get a check. They wont say who the creditor is or have any way to validate. This is not on my credit report. Beware of this company.
