I ordered proactive, and decided to get a "free" trial of vita power. I received the first package two weeks after my proactive was delivered, and immediately canceled vita power, knowing if i didn't do it first thing, I would forget, and be charged. The costumer rep canceled my account, and told me nothing will be charged. Jokes on me, I was charged for a second package THAT WAS NEVER SENT which according to the costumer service representative was a 60 day package with three payments of $36.15. I've been charged TWICE already, and have talked to a representative three times. THIS IS A SCAM! I AM LIVID!

Dispute fraudulent or unauthorized charges immediately through your bank, under FRB Reg. E for disputing checking account charges via EFT, ACH, or debit card, or under FCBA for credit card disputes, and close your account or block your card number due to fraud to prevent additional fraudulent charges.
Your bank can reverse fraudulent charges showing on statements dated up to 60 days earlier than your original date of dispute.
