Huge delay in delivery

I shifted my household goods from Pune to Gurgaon in July 2017. First they tell me I will get my stuff within 3 days and they keep on extending the deadline. It took me 10 days to get the delivery that too I had to call them hundred times.
Please do not available DRS group's they have very arrogant people very dirty behaviour. Please do not get strangled to their limca book of record. It's all fake. They even are not listed on stock exchange. They are copy cat of original Agarwal packers limited.
